This December wear your woollies for a wonderful cause!

This December, were inviting businesses, schools, community groups and sports teams, big and small to join our Christmas Jumper Day. It’s the perfect way to spread festive cheer whilst supporting babies and children with life-shortening and complex needs.

By donning your Christmas jumpers and fundraising together, you’ll be helping Zoe’s Place provide specialist palliative care, respite and support for families who need it most.

How It Works

1. Sign Up — Register below and receive all the information you need!
2. Pick Your Date — Choose a day in December that works best for you, or wear your jumpers all month long!
3. Get Festive Together — Encourage everyone to donate to take part. Add fun extras like jumper competitions, quizzes, or bake sales.
4. Set up your Fundraising page – Don’t worry our team can help you get started once registered!
5. Donate Your Fundraising Total — Collect cash donations or via your online fundraising page, and see the difference you make.
