Marketing Co-Ordinator

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice Middlesbrough

Due to exciting recent growth and departmental expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. 

We’re looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator who lives and breathes great content. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging marketing campaigns, producing compelling digital content, growing our social media presence, capturing powerful stories, and showcasing the incredible work of Zoe’s Place. You’ll have a strong understanding of current social media trends and know how to create authentic, engaging content that resonates across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other emerging channels. Most importantly, you’ll be confident building relationships with families, supporters, fundraisers, volunteers, corporates and staff to uncover inspiring stories that bring our mission to life. Registered Children’s Nurse

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice Coventry

Are you looking for a new challenge and wanting to develop your clinical and leadership skills within the specialised area of paediatric palliative care? Are you looking for a role which enables you to provide 1:1 care to amazing children and their families and an opportunity to make a difference?

 

Job responsibilities

Take charge on each clinical shift within a nurse led unit ensuring that staff are supported with and competent to carry out their workload. Lead by example, role modelling high standards that reflect best practice guidelines, organisational policies and the hospice values. Ensure good time management and punctuality and maintain a professional appearance at all times. There is an on-call element to this role

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered nurse with minimum of 1 years post-registration clinical experience

Desirable

  • Sound knowledge of the NMC Code and safe clinical practice
  • Experience delivering palliative and end-of-life care
 

Skills Knowledges and Competencies

Essential

  • Professional, motivated, and conscientious approach
  • Able to work independently, use initiative, and make sound decisions
  • Strong teamworking skills and commitment to continuous professional development

Desirable

  • Strong safeguarding knowledge relating to children and adults
  • Experience supporting families through loss and bereavement
 

Attributes

Essential

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable

  • Always maintains appropriate professional boundaries
