Healthcare Assistant

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice, Coventry
Join our fantastic clinical team in Coventry! We are currently seeking to appoint a full time Care Assistant at the hospice. The post will be 37.5 hours per week and will consist of 3 shifts of 12 ½ hours. (The shift pattern will consist of both day and night shifts.) This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant to develop their clinical skills within this specialised area of practice. Head of Partnership Development

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head of Partnership Development.  This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a remarkable charity that offers palliative, respite, and end-of-life care and support to children and their families in the Coventry, Liverpool, and Middlesbrough areas.  As part of our long-term charity development strategy, this new position will be crucial in enhancing our relationships with the various Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) within the regions our Hospices serve. The role involves building strong connections with ICBs, understanding their operations, and aligning our services to meet their needs. Additionally, the role will focus on generating funds to support the overall care and support for the children and their families. A significant part of this role will be working collaboratively with ICBs to develop and implement specific contracts, thereby increasing funding from this source.  We are looking for someone with experience in the NHS and/or hospice sector who is eager to advance their career. You may have worked in an NHS Partnership role or Healthcare fundraising development role previously. The successful candidate will be based at one of our Hospices but must be willing to travel regularly between our locations.
