New to the Events of the North series in 2026, the Middlesbrough 10K builds on the legacy of the much-loved Tees Pride 10K and promises a fantastic day of running, community spirit and unforgettable atmosphere.
Thousands of runners will take to the streets of Middlesbrough, cheered on by enthusiastic crowds and the passionate Boro Red Army as you make your way around this flat and fast course. Passing local landmarks including the Riverside Stadium, the route is perfect for both first-time runners looking to complete their first 10K and experienced runners aiming for a personal best.
The Middlesbrough 10K is more than just a race – it’s a celebration of the town and its community, with incredible support from spectators and a lively race-day atmosphere from start to finish.
By signing up to run for Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice, you’ll also be helping raise vital funds for babies with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions across Teesside and the wider North East. Zoe’s Place provides specialist nursing care, respite, palliative and end-of-life care, as well as support for families – all completely free of charge.
