Event – ZoesFest 2025

Date – Saturday 28th June 2025

Time – Daytime gates open at 11am, Evening starts from 5pm

Daytime Cost –  Suggested Donation £2.50 per adult

Evening Cost –  £8 in advance or £10 on the door, children Free!

Location – Keresley Rugby Club, Burrow Lane, CV7 8BE

 

Party with purpose at ZoesFest 2025!

Join us during the day from 11am where you can expect to see a variety of stalls, activities and entertainment. For the kids there will be bouncy castles, face painting and ice cream. Meanwhile, for the adults, we’ll have food, entertainment and a fully stocked bar! Making this a fantastic day out for all the family.

It may sound just like our annual fayre; however, this year, as the sun sets, the festival vibe kicks in! Enjoy an exciting line-up of local musicians and live acts on our mainstage.

Dog Show:

As part of our show ring entertainment we will be holding the ZoesFest Dog Show! Is your furry friend the prettiest pooch? Are they just like their owner? Or do they have the waggiest tail ever?

Evening Live Music – Includes entry to daytime activities!

For our evening of live music this will be a ticketed event, we ask that tickets are purchased in advance through the ticket button below. By purchasing in advance you pay just £8 per adult with under 16’s going free!! Limited tickets will be available to purchase on the day for £10. Please do come early to enjoy the whole day as entry to the evening gives you access to all day!

Applications are staying open for Stall Holders!

Local Businesses we need YOU!

Pitches are priced at £30 each and if possible we would love for you to also donate us a raffle prize!

All stall holders must supply their own table and we highly recommend bringing a gazebo to protect you from the Great British weather!  Stall holders must hold any relevant licenses for your craft and will need to provide Zoe’s Place with a copy of their public Liability Insurance.

Standard stalls spaces are priced at £30 and you will need to provide your own table and gazebo as well as public liability insurance. If you are a Food Vendor please get in touch by completing the form below to discuss the options available
