Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice in Normanby, Middlesbrough provides palliative, respite and end-of-life care to babies and infants aged from birth to five years old suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
We first opened our doors and began welcoming our special babies and their families in 2004.
Zoë is the Greek word meaning “gift of life” and at Zoë’s Place we believe that life is precious no matter how long it lasts.
Zoë’s Place can take up to six infants at any one time, there is also ample accommodation and facilities for the whole family if these are needed.
We receive a modest amount of Government funding, therefore we rely on the generosity of the public to help us raise the £1.2 million a year we need to keep the doors open for the many families that rely on our expert care. If you would like to help us raise funds for our special babies, please visit our fundraising pages for more information.
