Do you want to use the skills you’ve learnt in your new degree to help your local community and make a real difference? We are looking for a well organised and driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our growing team as part of a well-established charity. This role is perfect for those looking to newly join the charity sector and use written and spoken communication and research skills to help those who really need it.

We’re incredibly proud of our hospices. We provide end of life, palliative and respite care to children aged 0 to 5 years old with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses, with our team of specialist nurses offering round the clock care and support. We’ve created a safe, caring and fun place, where parents know that their child will receive the best care possible - a home away from home. In order to continue with our specialist work, we need to secure new and sustainable income growth, alongside delivering exceptional supporter care to our existing donors.

Zoë’s Place has three hospices – located in Coventry, Liverpool and Middlesbrough; as well as a Head Office in Leamington Spa.

Trusts and Foundations Assistant will write compelling applications to secure grants from funders, and manage existing relationships to create strong, long-lasting supporters. This position requires great written and numeracy skills, time management and organisation, and most importantly passion for the work we do. It gives the opportunity to gain experience in a new, growing area of fundraising as part of a well-established national charity, working across three sites: Coventry, Liverpool, and Middlesbrough. This is a great role for those new to fundraising who would like to gain experience and learn more about the sector.
