Can you complete the 28 Day Squat Challenge?
This February we are challenging you to complete 3000 squats for our amazing babies here at Zoë's Place. We've put together a simple plan for you to follow or you can go at your own pace. In return we hope that you fundraise as much you can. Every penny helps! There is no minimum commitment but please do set yourself a personal target.
- £25 could provide one hour of respite or end-of-life care for a child
- £45 could pay for one hour of music therapy
- £100 could pay for one day of online sibling support by a qualified play specialist

The benefits of taking part
If you are looking for a more active lifestyle, the squat is easy to do and also a perfect stepping stone to other activities. It will also take very little time out of you day to complete your reps. The challenge works almost every muscle in your lower body. It works big muscle groups like the quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
This is important – it burns a lot of fat, and builds muscle, so your metabolism is boosted.
