Zoë’s Place Supporter charter
All funds raised by the Charity will be spent for the purpose for which they are raised.
All literature will properly describe what donations will be used for.
All fundraising activities will be conducted in an open honest and transparent manner
We do not employ the services of outside professional fundraisers.
We do not and will not, make unsolicited calls to members of the public requesting donations.
We are focussed - we are here to raise money to provide care to babies and infants suffering from life threatening/limiting conditions. We also provide support to the families of all our special babies.
We are passionate about what we do and totally committed to the cause.
Zoë’s Place respects the rights, dignities and privacy of all our supporters and agrees to adhere to the Institute of Fundraising policy on dealing with vulnerable people. Click here for a link to the IOF website.
Collection of data
We respect and value all our supporters and will never share, swap or sell personal data with any third parties unless we are legally required to do so, for example for auditing of gift aid donors by HMRC.
Any information you provide to us will be used only to support your relationship with Zoë’s Place.
You can choose how you are contacted (telephone, email or post) we will never contact you if you ask us not to.
We will only collect financial information from donors in order to process financial transactions such as debit/credit card donations. We do not retain your financial details on our database.
Zoë’s Place uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with information. We may also contact you or provide you with information we think would be of particular interest, if you have given us permission to do so.
We will always say “thank you” when we get it right and “sorry” when we get it wrong.
Compliments, comments and complaints.
We welcome our supporters’ comments. We work hard to deliver a high quality service to our supporters. Despite our best efforts occasionally we don’t always get it right. When this happens we encourage supporters to let us know as soon as possible so that we can try and resolve the problem. If they are not happy that the problem has been resolved they may wish to make a complaint. We treat all complaints seriously , they help us reflect on how we can improve.
