About us

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice offers respite, palliative and end-of-life care to babies and infants with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. As a registered charity, we offer all of our services to families free of charge at the point of delivery.

Our fundraising team is essential to ensuring we can continue to grow, develop and improve the work that we do. Zoe’s Place is a friendly, vibrant and positive place to work.

Responsible for: Writing of small and medium grant applications to Trusts and Foundations funders, assisting with the writing of large applications, researching new funding opportunities, and communicating with existing funders.

We are looking for a well organised and driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our growing team as part of a well-established charity. This role is perfect for those looking to newly join the charity sector and use written and spoken communication and research skills to help those who really need it.

Trusts and Foundations Assistant will write compelling applications to secure grants from funders, and manage existing relationships to create strong, long-lasting supporters. This position requires great written and numeracy skills, time management and organisation, and most importantly passion for the work we do. It is an excellent stepping stone into the fundraising world and gives the opportunity to gain experience in a new, growing area of fundraising as part of a well-established national charity, working across three sites: Coventry, Liverpool, and Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic role for those new to fundraising who would like to gain experience and learn more about the sector.
