Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice is looking for an ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified Head of Finance to join their senior management team at their head office in Leamington Spa. The ideal candidate will have a number of years’ experience in financial management, line management and leadership.

The Head of Finance will be someone who is solution focussed, preferably with experience and knowledge of working in finance within the charity sector, who will be involved in strategic planning and responsible for budgeting and financial reporting . They will be committed to working as a team and upholding the values of Zoe’s Place with the skills to motivate and develop others.

This is a full time role with flexible and hybrid working options (3 to 4 days in the office) with access to a variety of discounts and benefits through an employee assistance programme. The salary is between £50,000 per annum and £55,000 per annum. The salary is dependent on relevant skills, experience and qualifications.
