Zoe’s Place are looking for a special person to join our Fundraising team.

This is a full time permanent role. Based at our Middlesbrough Hospice the post holder will be responsible for raising funds for our Hospices in Middlesbrough, Coventry and Liverpool, therefore some travelling will be involved.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience and a proven track record of raising funds from Trusts and Grant Making Foundations.

They should be self motivated, enthusiastic, with the ability to work using their own initiative.

Candidate will need to have own vehicle with petrol allowance being reimbursed.

Head of Care

Salary range:

£40000-42400 for 35 hours

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full time Head of Care to join us at Zoë’s Place Baby

Hospice in Middlesbrough.

The person we are looking for is a Senior Nurse who can lead our team at Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice in Middlesbrough.

We are a small hospice who support children up to 5 years old with life limiting conditions.

This post will have an emphasis on managerial skills and would ideally suit a senior registered nurse who has already led and managed a team and who would like to take their career forward in this sector. Zoë’s Place Baby Hospices take a wide variety of low, medium and high level need children who are supported by this close knit team. The team at Middlesbrough form part of Zoë’s Place Trust who have additional hospices in Liverpool and Coventry.

Excellent clinical skills, teamwork and most importantly communication is also vital for the successful candidate.

Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice has a rating of outstanding with the Care Quality Commission. It is a nurse led six bedded hospice offering respite care and end of life care to children aged up to 5 years of age.
