New Year, New You!! Why not take part in the Liverpool Half Marathon on Sunday 18th March and raise funds for our Hospice.

Starting on Canada Boulevard the race would see runners pass along the main waterfront roads as far as Liver Street where it would pick up the existing course. The route would then follow a similar path up Upper Parliament Street along to Sefton Park where it would then move through the underpass to Otterspool Park. At the end of this stretch runners will emerge on the river front to begin the flat, straight return to the city centre.

Things have got off to a flying start with a great response to the Half Marathon. It looks like another increase is on the cards with numbers set to pass the 7,500 taken last year - so if you're looking to take part then make sure your application is in early. Closing date for entries will be 26th February - or before if the race limit of 8,000 is reached.
