Fundraising Officer

Zoë's Place Baby Hospice Coventry

£20,000-£24,000 Per Annum

Zoë's Place Baby Hospice is a charitable organisation, situated in Coventry, that provides palliative, respite and end of life care for children aged 0-5 years, with life limiting and life threatening conditions.

We are looking for a talented and dedicated fundraiser to be part of our small team.

As an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of researching and securing grant funding from Charitable Trusts, statutory and lottery funders, you will create and implement an effective strategy to substantially increase income.

Your energy, enthusiasm and proactive approach combined with your organisational abilities will help you make an immediate impact.

Capable of using your own initiative and with limited supervision you will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with creative flair to help the team with the organisation and promotion of events.

Closing date for applications is 3rd June 2013 

Interviews will be conducted on Wednesday 12th June 2013

Volunteering with us

As a small organisation our Fundraising Team needs new volunteers to assist with a number of fundraising activities.

There is no such thing as a ‘typical volunteer’; we welcome people from all walks of life, and we benefit greatly from drawing on your skills and life experiences.  Whether you can spare a few hours per month, or a few days per week, we would love to hear from you.

Without the help of volunteers, we simply would not be able to continue to raise the vital running costs for our hospice.

Please note however, due to Health Care regulations we are unable to allow volunteers to assist with the care of our children.  Any volunteering position will be with the fundraising team only.
